My story
I believe that when we prioritise our health, we unlock a natural glow and feel our best—inside and out.
Hi, I’m Tina.
I’m a certified Women’s Health Coach with a deep passion for helping women feel their best by uncovering the root causes of their health challenges.
I wasn’t always passionate about health, but I’ve always been driven to understand and solve problems. For years, I struggled with painful periods, gut issues, and stubborn skin concerns that left me feeling like my body was working against me. I had big goals and ambitions, but my health kept holding me back. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t find the answers I was looking for, and I was tired of temporary fixes that never lasted. That’s what led me down the path of researching, learning, and ultimately taking control of my own health—so I could stop fighting my body and start working with it.
My mission is to take the guesswork out of your health, help you connect the dots, and create a plan that truly works for you. If you’re ready to stop chasing quick fixes and start feeling your best from the inside out, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I offer 1:1 health coaching programs designed to fit your unique needs and lifestyle, giving you the support and tools to create lasting change.
How I Became an Integrative Health Coach
My journey to becoming a health coach and founding Natural.fem.glow started with my own struggles as a busy, high-achieving woman trying to balance studies, career, and personal life, all while neglecting my health.
I dealt with acne and painful periods since I was 14, and these issues followed me through my teenage years, into university, and eventually adulthood.
I tried everything — harsh cosmetic treatments, repetitive courses of antibiotics, birth control, and even Roaccutane. While these offered temporary relief, my symptoms always returned, often worse than before. This constant battle took a heavy toll on my confidence and self-esteem.
On top of this, I was already grappling with childhood trauma that significantly impacted my mental health during my teenage years and beyond.
After years of suffering from various digestive problems, I was also diagnosed with IBS after experiencing worsening symptoms and falling into a deep depression. This diagnosis marked a turning point in my life. I realised that I needed to approach my health differently and look at my body holistically, addressing both my mental and physical well-being.
I started working with a nutritional therapist and followed a holistic naturopathic approach, discovering the profound impact of personalised nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle changes.
After only 4 months of small changes I realised that the power to heal was within me. I didn’t need another treatment or a list of foods to avoid. What I needed was truly understanding my body, nourishment, and real rest.
This transformative experience ignited a passion within me to empower other women facing similar challenges. I realised that optimal health isn’t just about physical well-being; it's a comprehensive approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Through Natural.fem.glow, I aim to inspire and guide women to reclaim their health, cultivate balance, and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
You are the expert of your own body, and my goal as a health coach is to guide you in discovering what works for you, so you can heal in a way that feels sustainable and true to your needs.
